Men's Club Volleyball Raffle

Event Description:
The Men's Club Volleyball team will be holding a raffle fundraiser starting Monday, September 9th and ending Friday, September 13th. The raffle will be held in the student center and in SIH from 10am-3pm on weekdays of this range. Students will be able to buy tickets to put in one of three baskets: 1) JCU Apparel, 2) Pulp Vintage Apparel, 3) Signed Josh Allen Jersey. The JCU Apparel basket will consist of merchandise from the bookstore, including a sweatshirt, a hat, and a shirt. The Pulp Vintage basket will consist of several throwback shirts and hats involving professional sports teams. Both of these baskets will be worth around $100. Physical tickets will be used for students to put towards specific baskets, with pricing as follows: $3 for 2 tickets, $5 for 4 tickets, $10 for 10 tickets (everything after is $1 for 1 ticket). Per school policy, all tickets will be sold in person via cash or the club's Venmo. The physical tickets for each basket will be kept in separate bags, with the students' names and phone numbers on them. Additionally, we will keep track of all transactions on a document. The drawing will take place after 3pm on September 13th (with video evidence). We will provide the Office of Student Engagement with a breakdown of total earnings, information of the winner, and payment receipt. All profits will go in the club's account.
