Relay For Life Cancer Walk

Event Description:
Cancer impacts so many lives, and together, we can make a difference. Join JCU’s Relay For Life Cancer Walk on Sunday, April 26, 2026, from 12–4 PM on the Main Quad to support survivors, honor those we’ve lost, and raise funds for cancer research and patient care. Every dollar raised and every person who walks with us brings hope to those affected by cancer. Come out, hang with friends, and support a great cause. Here’s what’s going on: 2 PM – Opening Ceremony National Anthem, moment of silence, speaker, and Survivors/Caretakers Lap 2:30–6 PM – Yard Games Cornhole, spikeball, dunk tank (play for fun or get competitive) Prizes for competition winners! 3–6 PM – Walking Tacos 2–6 PM – Luminaria Table Decorate a bag in honor of someone ?? 4–5 PM: write letters to patients in treatment 6:30–7 PM – Ice cream & popsicles 8 PM – Speaker + Luminaria Lighting We’ll also have team tables, club tables, and donation areas running all day. Prize for the top fundraising team! $25 to register – includes a t-shirt, walking taco, water, fruit, and granola bar.
